The RDPE Growth Programme has re-opened for Expressions of Interest. A minimum of £35 million is available under three themes:
- Food Processing
- Rural Business Development
- Rural Tourism Infrastructure
The minimum grant is for £20,000. This has been reduced from previous rounds and means that more small and micro-businesses may be eligible to apply. A grant is normally limited to 40 per cent of the total project cost making the minimum project cost £50,000.
The deadline for EOIs is midnight on Sunday 16 February 2020.
The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) will be leading workshops at their regional offices to provide advice on completing Expressions of Interest.

The Growth Programme is run centrally by the RPA in association with Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs).
