The annual Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards are due to take place on Thursday 2 April at Williams F1 Conference Centre and offer the opportunity to celebrate the very best in apprenticeships in the county.
In our latest vlog, Nairne Barker, the joint overall winner of last year's 'Apprentice of the Year' accolade, discusses what the opportunity and the recognition she gained from winning has meant to her and her career.
Nairne- who works in business administration at Oxfordshire County Council and is a dedicated Apprenticeship Ambassador for the county- also won the 'Advanced Apprentice of the Year' award at the 2019 awards.
To make the most of the opportunity to enter and further celebrate the calibre of apprentices, their employers and education providers in the county, the awards committee have extended the deadline for entries to this year's awards from last Monday (13 January) until midnight on Monday 20 January, so there is still time to enter.
