Working with Oxford Brookes Business School (OBBS), we are looking to understand the demand for higher-level (postgraduate) management and leadership apprentice programmes in our region.
The new apprenticeship system - including the introduction of the apprenticeship levy and the development of standards - provides increased flexibility in funding postgraduate-study and enabling organisations to invest in staff at higher levels than previously available.
To gain a greater understanding of Oxfordshire businesses' needs and demands for apprenticeship programmes, a short survey has been created by OBBS and OxLEP.
