Although it may be several months since the UK left the European Union, it’s still important for Oxfordshire businesses to continue to consider the impact of Brexit – whether that is in relation to your long-term business strategy, or short-term changes to the way you operate.
With this mind, between January and March this year, OxLEP coordinated a EU transition business-readiness support programme funded by the Department for BEIS – this included the delivery of three webinars that featured experienced advisers, helping businesses to take the necessary steps around Brexit.
The webinars focused on the following key areas:
- Value Added Tax (VAT) in the post-EU landscape
- Routes to market – how to navigate in the post-EU landscape
- Keep your business moving – what Oxfordshire SMEs need to know about the EU exit
