Raising finance for business

This workshop is designed to help those businesses looking to access to alternative finance which may be open to them. You will need to have been trading for at least 12 months to get the most from this workshop:

• Clarity on the benefits/disadvantages of each option
• A plan to be ‘funder ready’ once option(s) chosen

• The options for raising finance
• Debt funding
• Equity funding and VC funding
• Grant and R&D funding
• New alternatives (e.g. crowd funding, peer lending)
• Working capital cycle and invoice financing
• Tax credits, leasing and asset finance
• Personal action plan completion
