Peer Networks - What are they all about?

OxLEP Business is recruiting for the final Peer Networks groups starting at the end of Jan / Feb. Find out if its right for you.
“It is a really nice surprise when you raise a problem which you think is unique to your business, but then find out others have the same or similar ones. Even if they have not had similar experiences, the feedback and suggested solutions are often not what you would have expected or even thought about but still highly relevant and useful. Peer 2 Peer is an invaluable opportunity to experience and benefit from this.”
A quote from a participant in OxLEP Peer Networks January 2021
The Peer Networks Programme could be the key to building extra resilience, creating new opportunities, accessing new funding and achieving your goals. Our final groups are:
• Mixed sector groups | Starting Monday 31 Jan and Wednesday 02 February (12-2pm)
• Manufacturing | Starting Tuesday 01 February (12-2pm)
• Food and Drink | Starting Thursday 03 February (8-10am)
• Research Collaboration | Starting Wednesday 02 February (5-7pm)
• Visitor Economy, Retail and Hospitality | Starting Thursday 03 February (8-10am)
Delivered through a series of high-impact group sessions, businesses meet on zoom for 9 weeks to explore problems, collaborate and share knowledge. The topics covered are chosen by participants - each week one participant shares the issue or challenge of their choice, followed by a facilitated discussion and sharing from Peers. Businesses then chose which coach, mentor or business advisor to work with to further explore solutions to their respective challenges and indeed, opportunities.
