In this session you will learn how to confidently create and present social media videos to help you share the mission behind your business.
In this session you will learn:
- How to overcome your fear of being on camera
- Impact your audience by mastering video structure (How to grab audience attention and the importance of CTA’s)
- Confidence building techniques
- How to become a better presenter
This will be a highly interactive, jammed packed workshop full of tips and tricks to get you out your comfort zone to present professional videos from your phone that help you to share your mission and the 'why' behind your business.

Social entrepreneurs who want to better leverage the social or environmental benefit of their business or organisation to drive growth and scale impact. You might run, or work for, an indie business, social enterprise or trading charity in Oxfordshire.

Facilitators
Veena V, Founder of Oxford Creators
Veena V is a former Channel 4 award winning radio presenter who started her radio career at the age of 16 in Oxford. She went on to present for various media outlets including BBC Essex, MOBO TV and hosted events to thousands of people at venues such as Trafalgar Square.
She now helps people achieve unstoppable confidence through her hypnotherapy practice and video marketing courses. Her podcast ‘Mum To Millionaire’ was awarded ‘Best Business’ by Jacqueline Gold CBE (CEO of Ann Summers)
Veena loves helping business owners get confident on camera and has trained more than 1000 students to get out their comfort zone and create social media videos. Rosie Jacobs, Director of Independent Oxford
Rosie is Co-Founder and Director of Independent Oxford, a membership organisation that supports and promotes independent businesses in Oxfordshire, with a vision to create a society where everyone values local. What started as a monthly meet up for indies, has now grown into a community of over 150 businesses, who support each other and champion the value of buying local. The Independent Oxford website has over 20k views a month, and the IO social channels and newsletter reach 18k+ followers.
Rosie is passionate about building strong communities, and championing social and environmental positive impact organisations through story telling.
