Leading beyond - an introduction

So far in 2020 we’ve had a global pandemic, a climate emergency, entering Lockdown, leaving Lockdown…and it’s only July!

We are in unchartered waters now, with a transition phase imminent, and a different world beyond that which will need great leaders. Your organisation needs you to be a great leader now.
