The ABC of Neurodiversity

ABOUT OUR APPROACH
Diversity matters. An inclusive workplace helps everyone in it. And beyond the legal and moral reasons... inclusive spaces are better businesses.
We take you from your first tentative steps of neurodiversity awareness to creating a fully neuro-inclusive culture.
Unlike other companies, we cover the full spectrum of neurodivergent identities. We also recognise humans have multiple identities beyond neurodivergence. And like you, we know our approach needs to reflect this intersectionality to become fully inclusive."
