An important part of a progressive careers programme is that students are aware of the opportunities on their doorsteps, to help them make the right choices about their best next steps.
Oxfordshire has a diverse and innovative labour market which includes opportunities at the cutting edge of the space sector, life sciences and creative sector, to opportunities in construction and the visitor economy. Oxfordshire Careers Hub has been working with local employers and others to create new resources to help you to bring the Oxfordshire labour market to life for your students.

Harwell Science and Innovation Campus and The WOW! This film brings to life all the people and skills that are needed to get from a hole in the ground to a finished project. There are long and short versions of the film, which are each accompanied by a lesson resource and plan. Please contact [email protected] for a PowerPoint version.
