Olga Kozlova

Dr. Olga Kozlova is an accomplished entrepreneurial leader with a strong track record in translating innovative research into economic growth and societal impact. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Engagement at the University of Oxford she specialises in regional innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship and strategic innovation initiatives. Previously Olga established and led Innovation and Industry Engagement Directorate at the University of Strathclyde and was a Founder and CEO of Converge, Scotland's national company creation and entrepreneurship development program.

Olga is an experienced board member and advisor and held various board positions at Young Enterprise Scotland, Scotland 5G Centre, PraxisAuril, Converge. She recently joined the Board of James Hatton Institute where she chairs Scientific Excellence and Research Impact Committee.

Olga is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the Royal Society of Arts.
